3. Collect Quality Packing Supplies
Invest in sturdy moving boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap, and packing paper. J&M Moving recommends using specialized boxes for fragile items like dishes, glasses, and mirrors. Color-code boxes by room to make unpacking more efficient.
4. Pack Strategically
Pack room by room and label each box with its contents and destination room. Pack essentials separately in clearly marked boxes. For delicate items, use additional padding and mark boxes as “Fragile.” Fill gaps in boxes to prevent shifting during transport.
